Ventura showcases its award winning planning solutions
Last week saw Ventura - business process outsourcing experts, host an event for Professional Planning Forum members at its site in the Dearne Valley, Rotherham. Over 30 planning professionals attended the interactive event which showcased Ventura's award winning customer management solutions.
Last month it was announced that Ventura had won two awards at the 2010 Professional Planning Forum Contact Centre Innovation Awards for innovation in outbound services and quality and performance management.
The event enabled Ventura to share their award winning techniques and gave those who attended the opportunity to share their own experiences whilst hearing from Ventura's industry experts.
Attendees heard how Ventura increased right-party connects by 40% and conversion by 20% using a new data warehouse system and demographic analysis to create effective dialling strategies.
They also heard how the use of speech analytics reduced average call handling time by 25 seconds, cut silent time and reduced repeat calls by 10% in just four months.
