History
Ventura was launched in 1968 and celebrated its 40th birthday in 2008. Over the years we've made huge developments:

1968 - The company is launched as the retail credit arm of
Hepworths (now Next Plc)
1981 - Hepworths re-launches as Next Plc.
1991 - Contact centre outsourcing proposition is born.
1992 - Ventura wins a contract to launch BT Cellnet,
entering the consumer mobile market.
1997 - The £150m BT Cellnet deal is renewed, the largest
outsourcing services contract of its kind.
1998 - Flagship call centre, Ventura House, opens in the Dearne
Valley, South Yorkshire.
2000 - Ventura Park opens in the Dearne Valley, providing capacity
for 2000 further staff.
2003 - Ventura gains its first Public Sector client, The Pension
Service (part of the DWP).
2004 - Ventura opens a 300-seat call centre in Cardiff.
2005 - Purpose-built, 1500-seat call centre in Pune,
India opens.
2006 - Brand new site in Leeds opens.
2007 - Ventura gains two new global clients and its client
portfolio grows in number to 25+.
2008 - Ventura re-brands to reflect its widening range of
outsourcing services.
2009 -Ventura was accredited to the Customer Contact Association
(CCA) Global Standard© for all UK sites.
2009 - Ventura India is accredited to the CCA Global Standard©.
