HR Director - Christine Peyt

Christine Petyt joined Ventura as HR Director in September 2008.

Christine is responsible for Ventura's most important asset - our people - from Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Policies and guidance, Facilities, Internal Communication, through to employee welfare and support. Her main objective is to increase colleague satisfaction and create a great place to work.

Before joining Ventura, Christine was Director of Operations at internet bank Smile.co.uk and Director of Sales, Mortgages and Retention at the Co-operative Bank. Before this, she was Retail Banking Director at Barclays Bank.
