Operations Director - Craig White
As Operations Director, Craig has ultimate responsibility for the delivery of service excellence throughout Ventura's operational business units as well as managing client relationships and strategic development of the contact centres across our sites in Yorkshire, Cardiff and India.
Prior to coming to Ventura Craig was head of collections at AMD Recoveries for Baclays Retail Bank. Before this he was chief operating officer and quality director for GE Money Loans UK, where he was responsible for the overall loans operations from new business to debt collection both in the UK and India.
In addition to his vast operations experience Craig has gained extensive knowledge and skills in outsourcing, quality, six sigma and project programme management during his career at GE and Barclays.
