Sales & Marketing Director - Phil Telfer

Phil returned to Ventura in December 2008 having previously worked for the company for 14 years until 2007.  He brings with him a wealth of outsourcing experience.

His main areas of responsibility are driving continued growth in the business through the strengthening of relationships with our existing clients and developing new opportunities and propositions in the UK customer management outsourcing market.

Phil plays a key role as Ventura continues to strengthen its proposition in the customer management market, offering new services to its clients and also developing some of its existing BPO solutions including; back office processing, IT solutions, debt management and distribution and warehousing in addition to its core management services.
